What Is the Circle of Champions Incentive Program?
The Chairman's Circle of Champions is an award that was created to celebrate the incredible talents and extraordinary contributions of our front line make, move and sell associates in manufacturing and distribution, who demonstrate exceptional performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Sustainability and People skills.
Each year, 200 of PepsiCo's top performing associates from around the world and their guests are invited to New York to receive their awards.
To celebrate this extraordinary achievement, winners and their guests will experience a memorable three-day event that includes a business session, sharing the best practices, a variety of activities including a full day excursion into New York City. The event will conclude with an unforgettable Chairman's Circle of Champions Gala and Awards ceremony.
